WHAT I TAKE WITH ME…

WHAT I TAKE WITH ME…

International Workshop 2010 - 2011-06-02

Looking back at the year, I take with me…

…Babel personalities and multiple possibilities

dissolvable, transformable obstacles in pathways

imaginary places in tangible existence

ephemeral moments captured delicately in time

strong, colourful gestures searching for the self

past and present encounters in safe places

high flying realities allowing for new ways of perceiving

cardboard and words making sense of the absurd

together yet separate discovering the connected

a process of tearing, gluing, sticking, shaping, deconstructing and ultimately transforming into significant form

a looking into, a looking out, a looking through hardly noticeable spaces; a psst and listening to the world around us and the voice within us; skin creating new imaginary realities

the me and the other, relating, hesitating, depending, tearing, holding, separating, caressing, releasing and ultimately trusting

the essence, frozen and brought to life in concrete form

a set of stairs travelling into trusted uncertainties

the capacity of creating the upside when everything seems to be on the downside

the ownership of one´s own identity as a secure place to live;
the allowance for baroque pleasures to harmonize with contemporary existence

the many little differences within big similarities and finally the weightless crossing of imaginary boarders…
